不同基因型鲜食大豆产量及产量相关性状分析

本研究以'河农鲜豆1号''冀鲜豆1号''廊鲜一号''沧豆0734''绿75'为材料,对各品种的生育期、农艺性状、产量性状等指标进行研究评价.结果表明:'廊鲜一号'的生育期最短,从出苗到采收需要83 d,比对照'绿75'早2 d.'沧豆0734'的鲜荚产量最高,为13 257.8 kg/hm2,比对照'绿75'增产19.1%.对5个品种的15个性状进行相关性分析,结果表明:单株鲜荚重与单株二粒荚数、单株总荚数、单株二粒荚重、单株鲜粒重呈极显著正相关,与单株三粒荚数、单株三粒荚重、标准荚率呈显著正相关,与株高、底荚高、主茎节数、有效分枝数、单株一粒荚数、单株一粒荚重、多粒荚率呈正相关.由此可见,增加单株总荚数,尤其是二粒荚和三粒荚数可以提高单株鲜荚产量,进而提高单位面积的鲜荚产量.
Analysis on Yield and Related Characters of Vegetable Soybean with Dif-ferent Genotype
In this study,'Henongxiandou 1"Jixian dou 1"Langxian 1''Cangdou 0734"Lü75'were used as materials,the growth period,agronomic characters,and yield characters of each variety were studied and evaluated.The re suits showed that the growth period of'Langxian 1'was the shortest,which took 83 days from emergence to harvest,and was two days earlier than that of'Lü75'.The fresh pod yield of'Cangdou 0734'was the highest,13 257.8 kg/hm2,the yield increased by 19.1%than'Lü75'.Correlation analysis was carried out on 15 characters of 5 varieties,the results showed that the fresh pod weight per plant was highly significantly positively correlated with the number of two pods per plant,total number of pods per plant,weight of two pods per plant,and fresh grain weight per plant.It was significantly positively correlated with the number of three pods per plant,weight of three pods per plant,and standard pod rate.It was also positively correlated with plant height,basal pod height,number of main stem nodes,number of effective branches,number of single pods per plant,weight of single pods per plant,and multi pod rate.Therefore,increasing the total number of pods per plant,especially the number of two pods and three pods,can increase the fresh pod weight per plant,and then increase the fresh pod yield per unit area.
