Observation on Pollen Morphology of 13 Curcuma alismaifolia Varieties
In order to clarify the morphological characteristics of different varieties of Curcuma alismaifolia flowers and the relationship between various varieties, provide important references for the identification and utilization of Curcuma alismaifolia varieties, this study uses 13 Curcuma alismaiifolia varieties as a trial material, and the environment is launched through the field to launch the environment.Scan the electron microscope to observe the shape of pollen, the size of the pollen and the outer wall of the pollen, and analyze it.The research results show that the existence of Curcuma alismaifolia pollen is single-grained,no cute hair holes, and the surface of the pollen has small granules and glutinous proteins. The external shape of the pollen grains is long or near-ball.There are differences in the shape of the pollen, the size of the pollen, and the outer wall folds of the pollen. The axis length is(38.84±1.44)μm~(65.36±5.92)µm,the equatorial shaft length is(35.83±3.95)µm~(51.20±7.11)μm,the size of the pollen(P×E)is(1 412.12±108.22)µm2~(3 355.71±591.01)μm2,the width width is(0.29±0.05)µm~(0.73±0.14)μm.The outer wall of the pollen is brain wrinkles, and the pollen size grade is medium and large.According to the axis(P),equatorial axis(E),P/E,P×E,and brain wrinkle width,a total of 5 fixed quantitative features are performed.13 varieties of Curcuma alismaifolia can be divided into 4 categories when the distance between European style is 15.According to the category results and DNA double-scale analysis, this study can roughly reflect the relationship between different Curcuma alismaifolia varieties, and provide palynological basis for the fertility, classification, relationship and evolution of pollen morphology of Curcuma alismaiifolia.
