Comparison of Organic Acid and Flavonoid Content and Antioxidant Activ-ity in Different Organs of Arisaema amurense
To provide theoretical basis for the full utilization of different organs of Arisaema amurense, the contents of organic acids and flavonoids in different organs of A.amurense were determined by high performance liquid chro-matography(HPLC),and to compare their antioxidant activities. The results show that the contents of chlorogenic acid and isochlorogenic acid B in A.amurense tubers are the highest, reaching 2.890 and 3.372 mg/g,respectively;the content of isochlorogenic acid C is highest in fruits, and there is no significant difference in the content of isochlorogenic acid A in different organs. The contents of guanosine, schaftoside and isoschaftoside are the highest in tubers, which are significantly different from those in fruits and seeds;the content of adenosine in tubers is the highest, but there is no significant difference from that in fruits. The content of total flavonoids in A.amurense tu-ber is the highest, which is 2.27 mg/g.The order of total antioxidant capacity of each organs is tuber>fruit>seed.
