东北天南星不同器官有机酸、黄酮含量及抗氧化活性比较

为有效利用东北天南星不同器官提供理论依据,采用高效液相色谱法测定东北天南星不同器官中有机酸和黄酮类化合物的含量,比较其抗氧化活性.结果表明,绿原酸和3,4-二咖啡酰奎宁酸在东北天南星块茎中含量最高,分别达2.890和3.372 mg/g;4,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸在果实中含量较高,3,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸含量在不同器官中无明显差异.鸟苷、夏佛塔苷和异夏佛塔苷在块茎中的含量最高,与果实和种子的含量间有显著差异;腺苷在块茎中的含量最高,但与果实中的含量间无显著差异.东北天南星块茎中总黄酮含量最高,达2.27 mg/g,各器官总抗氧化能力的大小顺序为块茎>果实>种子.
Comparison of Organic Acid and Flavonoid Content and Antioxidant Activ-ity in Different Organs of Arisaema amurense
To provide theoretical basis for the full utilization of different organs of Arisaema amurense,the contents of organic acids and flavonoids in different organs of A.amurense were determined by high performance liquid chro-matography(HPLC),and to compare their antioxidant activities.The results show that the contents of chlorogenic acid and isochlorogenic acid B in A.amurense tubers are the highest,reaching 2.890 and 3.372 mg/g,respectively;the content of isochlorogenic acid C is highest in fruits,and there is no significant difference in the content of isochlorogenic acid A in different organs.The contents of guanosine,schaftoside and isoschaftoside are the highest in tubers,which are significantly different from those in fruits and seeds;the content of adenosine in tubers is the highest,but there is no significant difference from that in fruits.The content of total flavonoids in A.amurense tu-ber is the highest,which is 2.27 mg/g.The order of total antioxidant capacity of each organs is tuber>fruit>seed.
