摘要
为明确收集到的海雀稗种质资源对币斑病的抗性,本研究采用离体和活体叶片接菌的方法,根据不同时间点离体叶片发病面积(DAL)、离体叶片病斑百分比(PLL)、活体病情指数(DI)为指标,对148份海雀稗种质资源进行币斑病抗性评价.结果表明,海雀稗群体对币斑病的抗性存在较大差异;相关性分析结果表明,DAL和PLL间显著相关(P<0.05);对统计指标进行主成分分析,提取了 4个主成分,解释了总变异的83.186%.根据综合得分Z的隶属函数值,将148份海雀稗种质资源聚类分为高抗A(87份)、高感B(6份)、中感C(55份),A、B、C3类都有显著差异(P<0.001),其中高抗A占总样本的58.8%,包括HH、KC9、Polo、17HN-09、17HN-02等种质.本研究发现海雀稗种质资源的抗币斑病材料丰富,可为海雀稗抗病新品种的选育、分子标记的开发等提供材料基础.
Abstract
In order to determine the resistance of the collected seashore paspalum germplasm resources to dollar disease,the dollar spot resistance of 148 seashore paspalum germplasm resources was evaluated by means of in isolated or living leaf inoculation,according to diseased area of isolated leaf(DAL),percentage of isolated leaf le-sions(PLL)and living leaf disease index(DI)at various time points.The results showed that there were signifi-cant differences in the resistance of seashore paspalum germplasm to dollar spot.Correlation analysis showed that DAL and PLL were significantly correlated(P<0.05).The results of principal component analysis of statistical indexes showed that four principal components could be extracted,which accounted for 83.186%of the total vari-ation.According to the membership function value of the comprehensive score Z,148 seashore paspalum germplasms were divided into 3 categories,highly resistance A(87),highly sensitivity B(6),and moderately sensi-tivity C(55).There were significant differences among A,B,and C types(P<0.001),and the highly resistance A accounted for 58.8%of the total samples,including HH,KC 9,Polo,17HN-09,17HN-02 and etc.In this study,seashore paspalum germplasm resources are rich in resistant materials to dollar spot disesae,and provide material foundation for breeding new varieties of seashore paspalum resistant and the development of molecular markers.
