Analysis of Nutrient Components in Roots of Different Phenotypes of Ficus hirta Vahl
Ficus hirta Vahl has complex genetic diversity characteristics. In order to explore the differences of different phenotypes of F.hirta, this study took them as the research object, and the types and contents of different nutrients, nutrient elements and amino acids in the roots were determined, and the relationship between different phenotypes and nutrient components was compared. The results showed that the contents of total sugar, crude pro-tein,starch and psoralen in the roots of three-split type F.hirta were the highest, while seven-split type the contents of crude protein, starch, psoralen and bergapten were the lowest. The contents of Ca and Mn in the roots of the three-crack type were the highest, while the contents of Mg and Cu in the seven-crack type were the highest, the content of Fe in the whole margin type was the highest, and the content of Sn in the five-crack type was the high-est.The content of total amino acids in the roots of different phenotypes was significantly different.Among them, the total amino acid content and the eight essential amino acids were the highest, and the total amino acid content and the essential amino acid content were the lowest. From the perspective of the proportion of essential amino acids and total amino acids, the proportion of seven-split type was the highest. The proportion of essential amino acids in the roots of different phenotypes was:seven-split type(2.15%)>five-split type(1.55%)>whole-margin type(1.33%)>three-split type(0.89%).This study provides a theoretical basis for the further develop-ment and utilization of F.hirta.
