植物不定根生成的生理及分子调控机制研究进展

不定根诱导是植物器官扦插和组织培养体系建立中的关键环节.然而,不定根的发生是植物体内、外多重因素共同作用的结果,有着复杂的调控机制.阐明不定根的发生机制及影响因素不仅有助于提高植物的生根率、推进难生根植物的商业化生产,而且有助于加深对植物生长发育更全面的了解.本研究从激素、气态类信号小分子、基因和转录因子等方面综述了植物不定根发生的调控因素及其相互作用,提出了不定根生成调控存在的问题及进一步研究思路,以期能为植物不定根发生机制的解析及促进经济植物不定根的生成提供参考.
Research Progress on Regulation Mechanism of Plant Adventitious Root Formation
Adventitious root induction is a key link in the plant organ cutting and establishment of tissue culture system.However,the occurrence of adventitious roots is the result of multiple factors in and out of plants,and has a complex regulatory mechanism.Elucidating the mechanism and influencing factors of adventitious roots will not only help to improve the rooting rate of plants and promote the commercial production of difficult rooting plants,but also help to deepen a more comprehensive understanding of plant growth and development.This study reviews the regulatory factors and their interactions of plant adventitious root formation from the aspects of hormones,gaseous signal molecules,genes and transcription factors,and puts forward the existing problems and further re-search ideas in the regulation of plant adventitious root formation,so as to provide reference for the analysis of plant adventitious root formation mechanism and the promotion of economic plant adventitious root formation.
