Analysis of the Importance of Financial Accounting Transparency for Seed Companies Before Going Public on Their IPOs
As global economic integration accelerates,companies are increasingly entering the capital market through initial public offerings(IPOs)as a strategic way to raise funds,increase visibility,and realize corporate value.The success of an IPO relies not only on a company's economic and market fundamentals but also on non-fi-nancial factors such as legal aspects and financial transparency.This is particularly true for seed companies,where the IPO process is more complex due to issues like biotechnology and proprietary rights.This study examines how legal risks and financial transparency affect the success of IPOs,using the cases of Jinyuan Seed Industry and Kangnong Seed Industry.Through this analysis,this paper not only enriches the theories of capital markets and public offerings but also provides practical strategic advice for seed companies.These suggestions help optimize their IPO preparations,thereby increasing the success rate,protecting investor interests,and promoting the healthy development of the capital market.
