SSR Distribution and Sequence Characteristics of the Full-length Transcrip-tome of Pteroceltis tatarinowii
In order to provide a basis for the development of SSR markers in Pterocarpus tatarinowii,SSR loci in-formation was analyzed in the full-length transcriptome of P.tatarinowii by bioinformatics method.MISA software was used to perform SSR loci search and information analysis in gene sequences obtained by the full-length tran-scriptome.A total of 6 524 SSR loci distributed were detected in 11 801 genes. The frequency of SSR loci was 55.29%,with an average distribution of 2.49 kb in length. In the mononucleotide repeat type accounting for 44.70%in all repeat types, the dominating motif was A/T accounting for 99.28%.In the dinucleotide repeat type accounting for 19.33%in all repeat types, the dominating motif was AG/TC accounting for 37.67%.Most of the SSR makers were 10~25 bp in length with the corresponding percentage 77.16%.The results showed that there were abundant types of SSR loci and high polymorphism in P.tatarinowii, which could provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of S SR molecular markers, analysis of genetic diversity of germplasm re-sources and molecular marker assisted breeding.
