摘要

为筛选优异的观赏辣椒种质资源及优良育种亲本,提高观赏辣椒育种效率,以94份国内外收集观赏番辣椒种质资源为试验材料,采用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)对辣椒种质资源进行观赏性评价,筛选出观赏价值高的优良种质资源.结果表明:供试观赏辣椒种质资源的果实特征约束层在约束层中所占权重最大,果型指标层在指标层中所占权重最大,最终筛选出观赏价值最高的种质材料GS54、GS74、GS83 3个品种的综合评价等级达到Ⅰ级.本研究结果为应用观赏辣椒优异基因资源及改良育种亲本提供了一定的理论依据.

Abstract

In order to select excellent ornamental pepper germplasm resources and good breeding parents,and im-prove the breeding efficiency of ornamental pepper,94 ornamental pepper germplasm resources collected at home and abroad were taken as experimental materials,and the ornamental pepper germplasm resources were evaluated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The good germplasm resources with high ornamental value were screened out.The results showed that the constraint layer of the ornamental pepper germplasm resources had the largest weight in the constraint layer,and the fruit type index layer had the largest weight in the index layer.Finally,the germ-plasm materials with the highest ornamental value GS54,GS74 and GS83 were screened out and their comprehen-sive evaluation grade reached Ⅰ.The results of this study provided a theoretical basis for the application of superi-or gene resources and the improvement of breeding parents of ornamental pepper.
