The integration of native plants in landscape design is crucial for promoting ecological sustainability and enhancing tourist experiences.This research explores the dual factor balance of tourist experience and native plant usage in landscape plant configuration.By analyzing successful and unsuccessful case studies,the research i-dentifies key factors that contribute to the effective incorporation of native plants in landscape projects while main-taining high visitor satisfaction.Successful cases highlight the importance of selecting adaptable native species,en-hancing biodiversity,and ensuring long-term maintenance.In contrast,unsuccessful cases often suffer from ne-glecting the specific needs of native plants,inadequate maintenance,and poor visitor engagement.The insights gained from these cases underscore the necessity of a well-rounded approach that combines ecological and experi-ential considerations in landscape design.This review aims to provide practical guidelines for landscape architects and planners to achieve an optimal balance between ecological benefits and tourist satisfaction.
