本研究以北京大北农科技集团股份有限公司为例,深入分析了生物技术育种企业在可持续发展方面的经济和财务管理实践.本研究首先概述了生物技术育种行业的发展现状及其面临的挑战,进而探讨了可持续发展理论的三大支柱:环境、经济和社会.通过案例分析,详细阐述了大北农在资本筹集、投资决策、成本控制、财务规划与预算管理、资产负债管理以及收益和风险管理等方面的策略.这些实践不仅支持了企业的市场扩展和技术创新,也保障了企业的财务健康和可持续发展.最后,本研究对生物技术育种企业如何优化管理策略提供了具体建议,以应对未来的市场挑战.
Abstract
This study provides an in-depth analysis of the economic and financial management practices in biotechnological breeding enterprises,using Beijing Dabeinong Technology Group Co.,Ltd.as a case study.Ini-tially,the research outlines the current status and challenges of the biotechnological breeding industry,and then ex-plores the three pillars of sustainable development theory:environmental,economic,and social.Through a case study analysis,the paper elaborates on the strategies adopted by Dabeinong in capital raising,investment deci-sion-making,cost control,financial planning and budget management,asset-liability management,and revenue and risk management.These practices not only support the company's market expansion and technological innova-tion but also ensure the financial health and sustainable development of the enterprise.Finally,the study offers spe-cific recommendations on how biotechnological breeding enterprises can optimize management strategies to meet future market challenges.
