Analysis of the Demand for Technical and Management Talents in Seed In-dustry Innovation
This study delves into the dynamics of seed industry innovation in terms of technology and manage-ment talent demand,using Yuan Long Ping High Tech Agriculture Co.,Ltd.as a case study object to evaluate the impact of its talent strategy on promoting industry innovation.This study reviewed relevant literature and estab-lished the core position of technical and management talents in promoting agricultural scientific and technological innovation.By analyzing the talent needs in key areas such as biotechnology,information technology,project man-agement,and strategic planning in detail,the importance of professional skills and comprehensive management a-bilities is highlighted.The study further explored strategies for attracting,cultivating,motivating,and retaining tal-ents through the practice of Longping High Tech,and evaluated their implementation effectiveness.In the face of current challenges,this study proposes improvement measures and optimization suggestions,and looks forward to future research directions,aiming to provide theoretical and practical references for talent management in seed in-dustry innovation.
