摘要

CHYR家族是一类含有CHYzinc finger和RING finger结构域的基因,广泛参与植物的耐逆应答过程.本研究通过生物信息学手段,在全基因组水平上筛选鉴定出7个水稻CHYR基因.通过系统发生分析,将水稻CHYR家族分为3个亚家族,且各组内的基因在基因结构和保守基序上比较保守;染色体定位分析表明水稻CHYR基因分布在5条染色体上,进一步不同物种共线性分析表明水稻和玉米的基因同源性较高;组织和胁迫表达模式分析表明,CHYR基因在水稻各组织均有较高的表达,且参与盐、干旱和低温胁迫应答;蛋白互作分析发现,OsCHYR可能通过与转录因子、泛素结合酶、泛素连接酶互作发挥功能.

Abstract

CHYR family,which is a group of genes containing CHY zinc finger domain and RING finger domain,are widely involved in plants response to adverse conditions.In this study,a total of 7 rice CHYR genes were identi-fied by using bioinformatics.Phylogenetic analysis depicted that the 7 rice CHYR genes could be further divided into 3 subfamilies.Furthermore,genes in different groups were conserved in term of gene structure and conserved motif.Chromosome location analysis showed that 7 OsCHYR genes were distributed on 5 different chromosomes.Further syntenic analysis revealed that rice and maize showed higher gene homology.Rice tissue expression data analysis in-dicated that OsCHYR genes were highly expressed in all rice detected tissues,and induced by salt,drought and cold stress.Protein-protein interaction analysis showed that OsCHYR may function by interacting with transcription fac-tors,ubiquitin building enzyme and ubiquitin ligase enzyme.
