牡丹江地区不同品种黑穗醋栗的形状差异性比较

在黑龙江省牡丹江地区对国外引进5个黑穗醋栗品种进行栽培试验,对其物候期、植株生长性状、叶片性状、果实性状进行调查,从而对其在牡丹江地区的形状差异性进行比较.结果表明:'布劳德'和'大粒甜'属于大果、酸甜适口的中熟品种,'黑珍珠'、'甜蜜'和'奥依宾'属于晚熟品种.此外,波兰品种'大粒甜'高抗白粉病,单果重最大为1.77g.俄罗斯品种'甜蜜'可溶性固形物含量最高为17.88%.瑞典品种'奥依宾'单果重最小为0.98g,高抗白粉病,抗寒性较强.5个引进的黑穗醋栗品种在埋土防寒越冬的情况下能够正常生长和结果,且表现出较好的生长和果实性状,均适宜在黑龙江省牡丹江地区栽植.在育种工作中可以作为骨干亲本加以重点利用,对于黑穗醋栗种质资源创新和开发利用具有重要的意义.
Comparison of Shape Difference of Different Black Currant Cultivars in Mudanjiang Area
Five introduced black currant cultivars were cultivated and tested in Mudanjiang area of Heilongjiang Province,the phenological period,plant growth,leaf and fruit characters were investigated,so as to compare their shape differences in Mudanjiang area.The results showed that'Brodtorp'and'Bona'belonged to middle maturing cultivars with big fruit and sweet and sour taste,while'Ben Lomond','Kantata'and'Ojebyn'were late maturing cultivars.In addition,the Poland variety'Bona'was highly resistant to powdery mildew,the maximum single fruit weight was 1.77 g.The highest soluble solid content of the Russia variety'Kantata'was 17.88%.The minimum single fruit weight of The Sweden variety'Ojebyn'was 0.98 g,it had high resistance to powdery mildew and cold resistance.Five introduced black currant cultivars could grow normally and bear fruit under the condition of cover-ing soil to prevent cold and overwintering,and showed good plant growth and fruit characters,they were suitable for planting in Mudanjiang area of Heilongjiang Province.It could be used as a backbone parent in breeding work,which was of great significance for the innovation and development of black currant germplasm resources.
