蓖麻(Ricinus communis L.)是世界上具有重要价值的能源植物,并且吸收积累镉(Cd)的能力较强,对修复镉污染土壤有重要作用.本研究以 2017003、2017004、2017005、2017006、2017010、2017181、2017AB5 共7个优良蓖麻材料的种子为研究对象,通过重金属Cd处理后的形态和生理指标,筛选出对Cd2+胁迫抗性较强的材料,为抗重金属Cd蓖麻品种选育奠定基础.试验结果如下:这7个材料的蓖麻幼苗经浓度为300mg/L的Cd2+溶液处理至4 d后仍未死亡,表明蓖麻对Cd2+具有很强的耐受性.用300 mg/L的Cd2+溶液处理2~4 d蓖麻幼苗根部的根长、根粗、侧根数、鲜重与0~2d相比形态学指标变化程度减小;2017006和2017181的蓖麻幼苗优于其他5个材料.生理指标测定结果显示,7个材料的蓖麻幼苗根部MDA、Pro、甜菜碱含量和POD、SOD、GST活性在0~4d具明显升高趋势;2017006和2017181的蓖麻幼苗优于其他5个材料.综合形态和生理指标分析结果来看,2017006和2017181相比其他5个材料更抗重金属Cd.
Screening of Heavy Metal Cadmium-resistant Castor(Ricinus communis L.)Material
Castor(Ricinus communis L.)is an important energy plant in the world,and has a strong ability to ab-sorb and accumulate cadmium(Cd),which plays an important role in the remediation of cadmium contaminated soil.In this study,seven castor bean seeds,including 2017003,2017004,2017005,2017006,2017010,2017181 and 2017AB5,were selected as the research objects.Through the morphology and physiological indexes after Cd treat-ment,the castor materials with strong resistance to Cd2+stress were screened.This study laid a foundation for breeding castor varieties resistant of heavy metal Cd.The results were as follows:the castor seedlings from these 7 materials were treated with 300 mg/L Cd2+solution for 4 days without death,which indicated that castor had strong tolerance to Cd2+.The root length,root diameter,lateral root number and fresh weight of castor seedlings treated with 300 mg/L Cd2+solution for 2~4 days decreased compared with 0~2 days;The castor seedlings of 2017006 and 2017181 were better than the other 5 materials.The results of physiological indexes showed that the contents of MDA,Pro,betaine and the activities of POD,SOD and GST in the castor seedling roots of 7 materials increased significantly from 0~4 days;The castor seedlings of 2017006 and 2017181 were better than the other 5 materials.According to the results of morphological and physiological index analysis,2017006 and 2017181 are more resistant to heavy metal Cd than the other 5 materials.
