As the global seed industry faces increasingly severe challenges such as food security,environmental sustainability,and climate change,innovative talent has become a key force driving the development of the industry.This study systematically analyzes the design and implementation of innovation talent incentive mechanisms in seed industry enterprises.It examines classical incentive mechanisms such as salaries,bonuses,and stock incentives,as well as innovative incentive tools like intellectual property rewards and flexible work arrangements,and their application in the seed industry.Through case studies of both domestic and international enterprises,including Bayer,Corteva,the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and Denghai Seeds,this research analyzes how different incentive mechanisms impact corporate performance,employee behavior,and the adaptability of corporate culture and policy environments.The aim of this study is to provide references for seed industry enterprises to formulate or optimize talent incentive strategies to enhance their market competitiveness and innovative capabi-lities,thereby promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.The study demonstrates that effective incentive mechanisms are crucial for attracting and retaining innovative talent and stimulating their potential for innovation.
