Intellectual Property Protection and Risk Management from the Perspective of International Judicial Cooperation in Seed Industry
This study comprehensively analyzes the intellectual property protection and risk management of the international seed industry in the context of globalization,with special attention to the key role of international judicial cooperation.The study explores the role of international organizations such as World Intellectual Property Organization,World Trade Organization,International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants,and Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in the unification and coordination of seed industry laws,as well as how these organizations can promote technology and information exchange,strengthen international cooperation,and establish a sound legal system for the seed industry.In-depth analysis of typical cases of inter-national disputes and cooperation,such as the case between Monsanto and farmers regarding genetically modified seeds,and the lawsuit case of Syngenta's corn seed.The study also proposes recommendations for policymakers and industry stakeholders,emphasizing the importance of formulating forward-looking policies,strengthening international legal protection,and establishing multilateral and bilateral cooperation frameworks.The study aims to provide legal and policy recommendations for the sustainable development of the seed industry,and to provide reference and inspiration for the further development of the global seed industry.
