Adaptive Strategies of the Nanfan Breeding Industry under Climate Change
As global climate change increasingly poses a threat to agricultural production,the importance of the Nanfan Breeding Industry is becoming more prominent.This study delves into the application of Nanfan breeding techniques in China and their adaptive strategies under the conditions of climate change.It outlines the key tech-niques and methods of Nanfan breeding,especially in terms of accelerating the breeding cycle,enhancing crop re-silience(such as drought and heat tolerance),and utilizing the rich crop genetic resources of the southern regions to boost biodiversity.Through detailed case studies,the study demonstrates how Nanfan breeding effectively address-es the challenges brought about by climate change,particularly in enhancing crop productivity and resilience.Leveraging modern biotechnologies such as high-throughput sequencing and gene editing,the research explores how these technologies are applied in Nanfan breeding projects and analyzes their contribution to improving breeding efficiency.Based on the findings,the study proposes a series of recommendations for optimizing breeding strategies and policy support measures,aimed at supporting the sustainable development of the Nanfan Breeding Industry and its ability to adapt to climate change.
