摘要

随着技术的进步,人工智能(AI)在种业产业中的应用日益广泛,尤其在财务预测和风险管理领域表现突出.本研究综合分析了AI技术如机器学习和深度学习在种业财务预测与风险管理中的实际应用效果,显示了其在提高预测准确率和风险评估效率方面的显著优势.通过案例研究,本研究展示了时间序列分析和神经网络模型在优化库存管理和价格策略中的应用成效.展望未来,本研究预计AI的应用将更加深入,推动行业全面数字化转型.据此,我们建议种业企业加大AI技术投资,建立行业数据共享平台,并制定伦理指导原则,以支持AI技术的持续发展和伦理应用.

Abstract

With the advancement of technology,artificial intelligence(AI)is increasingly used in the seed indus-try,especially in the fields of financial forecasting and risk management.This study comprehensively analyzes the practical application effects of AI technologies such as machine learning and deep learning in financial forecasting and risk management in the seed industry,showing its significant advantages in improving forecast accuracy and risk assessment efficiency.Through a case study,this study demonstrates the effectiveness of time series analysis and neural network models in optimizing inventory management and pricing strategies.Looking to the future,the article predicts that the application of AI will be more in-depth and promote the comprehensive digital transforma-tion of the industry.Based on this,we recommend that seed industry companies increase investment in AI technol-ogy,establish an industry data sharing platform,and formulate ethical guiding principles to support the sustainable development and ethical application of AI technology.
