为了解高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)在当前黄淮麦区(南片)小麦品种中的分布情况,本研究以94个黄淮麦区(南片)新育成的小麦品种为供试材料,利用SDS-PAGE技术对供试材料高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)进行鉴定,并探讨了这些亚基和亚基组合与蛋白质含量之间的关系.结果表明,在Glu-A1位点上,亚基1和N在供试材料中的分布频率分别为72.34%和27.66%,与高蛋白质含量相关的亚基1分布频率较高;在Glu-B1位点上,亚基14+15、7+8和7+9的分布频率分别为9.57%、51.06%和39.36%,以与高蛋白质含量相关的亚基7+8分布频率较高;在Glu-D1位点上,亚基2+12和5+10的分布频率分别为48.94%和51.06%,以与高蛋白质含量相关的亚基5+10分布频率较高.在Glu-A1、Glu-B1和Glu-D1位点上,共检测到12种亚基组合类型,其中与高蛋白质含量相关的亚基组合1/7+8/5+10分布频率为25.53%,与低蛋白质含量相关的亚基组合N/7+9/2+12分布频率为13.83%,其余10种亚基组合的分布频率合计为60.64%.本研究能够为黄淮麦区(南片)小麦品质改良提供参考信息.
Composition Analysis of High Molecular Weight Glutenin Subunits of Wheat in Huanghuai Southern Wheat Region
In order to understand the distribution of high molecular weight glutenin subunits(HMW-GS)in wheat varieties from Huanghuai southern region.In this study,a total of 94 wheat varieties newly cultivated in the Huanghuai southern region were used as the test materials.The high molecular weight glutenin subunits(HMW-GS)were identified by SDS-PAGE,and the relationship between these subunits and protein content was discussed.The results showed that in the Glu-A1 locus,the distribution frequencies of subunit 1 and N in the test materials were 72.34%and 27.66%respectively,and the distribution frequency of subunit 1 related to high protein content was higher;in the Glu-B1 locus,the distribution frequencies of subunit 14+15,7+8,and 7+9 in the test materials were 9.57%,51.06%,and 39.36%respectively,and the distribution frequency of subunit 7+8 related to high pro-tein content was higher;in the Glu-D1 locus,the distribution frequencies of subunit 2+12 and 5+10 in the test ma-terials were 48.94%and 51.06%respectively,and the distribution frequency of subunit 5+10 related to high pro-tein content was higher.A total of 12 subunit combinations were detected in Glu-A1,Glu-B1 and Glu-D1 locus.The distribution frequency of the subunit combination 1/7+8/5+10 related to high protein content was 25.53%,the distribution frequency of the subunit combination N/7+9/2+12 related to low protein content was 13.83%,and the total distribution frequency of the remaining 10 subunit combinations was 60.64%.This study can provide reference information for wheat quality improvement in Huanghuai southern region.
