Effects of Different External Treatments on Root Cuttings Influence of Paeonia lactiflora Pall.
In this study, the root section of'Luxihong'of Paeonia lactis was used as the test material to study the effects of different concentrations of growth regulator, root section location, covering thickness and substrate type on rooting rate and rooting quality of Paeonia Lactis root section. The results showed:various plant hormones treatments owned diverse rooting effects on root cutting of P.lactiflora and the order was shown as follows:IBA>6-BA>TDZ,ABT;the best soil thickness on rooting effect was river sand substrate with 3 cm soil thickness;the effects of single plant hormones treatments vary with different concentrations, and further statistical analyses showed that 40 mg/L IB A had the best cutting treatment with the highest survival rate of 100%and the greatest rooting quality. This study discussed the impact from different exogenous factors, which provided data support for rapid propagation technology of P.lactiflora root segment cuttings and large-scale production.
