植物嫁接中分子调控机理研究进展

嫁接(Grafting)作为植物常见的人工繁殖方法之一,近年来被广泛应用于良种选育、改善作物农艺性状、增强植物抗逆性等方面的研究.植物嫁接过程中存在着非常复杂的相互作用,不论是砧穗愈合处的基因表达变化,还是嫁接植株对于矿质离子的吸收调控,抑或是砧木与接穗之间遗传物质的长距离运输,揭示其调控机理对于提高嫁接技术的成功率和选择合适的砧穗组合都具有重要意义.本研究综述了近年来植物嫁接过程中分子调控机理方面的研究进展,并归纳了主流观点.本研究主要从植物激素、矿质元素、基因分子这三方面调控因子进行分析和总结,并对未来该领域的方向作出展望,以期为嫁接机理的研究提供一定的参考和建议.
Research Progress on Molecular Regulation Mechanism in Plant Grafting
As one of the common artificial propagation methods of plants,grafting has been widely used in the research of breeding improved varieties,improving Crop Agronomic Characters and enhancing plant stress resistance in recent years.There exists complex interactions in the process of plant grafting,whether it is the gene expression change at the scion healing area,or the absorption and regulation of the mineral ions by grafted plants,or the long-distance transportation of the genetic material between the rootstock and scion,revealing its regulatory mechanism is of great significance for improving the success rate of grafting techniques and selecting suitable anvil and ear combinations.The study reviews recent advances in molecular regulation mechanism of plant grafting,and summarized the mainstream viewpoints.The study mainly analyzes and summarizes the regulatory factors from three aspects:plant hormones,mineral elements and gene molecules,and looks forward to the direction of this field in the future,so as to provide some references and suggestions for the research of grafting mechanism.
