Effects of C.medica Extract Combined with Interval Aerobic Training on TLR4/NF-κB Pathway in Myocardial Infarction Rats
This study investigates the effects of Citrus medica extract combined with intermittent aerobic training on the TLR4/NF-κB pathway in myocardial infarction(MI)rats.A model of MI was established in male SD rats, followed by interventions with Citrus medica extract and intermittent aerobic training to evaluate their impact on myocardial injury, peripheral inflammation, and cardiomyocyte apoptosis. The results showed that compared to the sham-operated group, the MI model group exhibited significantly elevated serum levels of myocardial injury mark-ers(LDH,CK-MB,and cTnⅠ)and inflammatory factors(IL-1 β,IL-6,IL-18,TNF-α,and CRP),along with no-ticeable pathological changes and increased apoptosis in myocardial tissue. The combination of Citrus medica ex-tract and intermittent aerobic training significantly reduced these indicators, improved myocardial morphology,de-creased cardiomyocyte apoptosis, and inhibited the relative expression levels of TLR4 protein and NF-κB p65 phosphorylation. In conclusion,Citrus medica extract combined with intermittent aerobic training significantly al-leviates inflammation and myocardial injury in MI rats by modulating the TLR4/NF-κB pathway, demonstrating potential cardioprotective effects and clinical application value.
