The Formation of Corporate Culture in Large-Scale Seed Industry and Its Role in Enterprise Success
With the deepening of globalization,large-scale seed industry enterprises expand their market share and technological boundaries through mergers and acquisitions,and the integration and management of corporate culture have become key factors to ensure the success of mergers and acquisitions.This study takes the acquisition of Syngenta by Sinochem Group as a case study to deeply analyze the formation and role of corporate culture in the M&A process.Research has found that effective corporate culture integration not only promotes smooth inte-gration between organizations,enhances internal collaboration and employee sense of belonging,but also signifi-cantly promotes the innovation ability and market expansion of enterprises.The Sinochem Group has effectively responded to market competition and industry challenges by establishing a new corporate culture centered on inno-vation,responsibility,collaboration,and openness,strengthening the company's global competitiveness.This study provides important insights for mergers and cultural integration management of large-scale seed industry enterpris-es,emphasizing the necessity of developing detailed cultural integration plans in the early stages of mergers and acquisitions,and proposing potential directions for future corporate culture research,including exploring cross-border cultural integration strategies and methods for quantitatively evaluating the effectiveness of cultural integration.By deepening the understanding of the role of corporate culture in the context of globalization,this study aims to provide scientific theoretical support and practical guidance for international business and manage-ment practices.
