Genetic Diversity Analysis of SSR Germplasm Resources of Toxicodendron vernicifluum
Toxicodendron vernicifluum(Stokes)F.A.Barkley is an important economic tree species in China. In order to protect and rationally utilize T.vernicifluum resources,This study utilized SSR molecular marker techno-logy to analyze the genetic diversity and perform cluster analysis on 117 samples from 39 regions of Shaanxi,Gansu,Henan and Yunnan. The results showed that all the 10 pairs of microsatellite primers could amplify the T.vernicifluum samples by PCR with rich polymorphism(A=9.400 0,PIC=0.714 6);there was high genetic diversity at the species level(Na=1.828 2,I=0.553 2,H=0.393 7),and there was a significant genetic differentiation among populations(Fsr=0.375 4).UPGMA cluster analysis showed that the samples from the same population always had priority clustering, and 117 samples of T.vernicifluum clustered into 5 large branches, indicating that SSR finger-printing had a good identification efficiency for T.vernicifluum samples at the population level. The results of this study provide an important basis for the classification, identification and protection of T.vernicifluum germplasm resources.
