摘要

自2020年以来量子技术不断在全球引起热议,在未来的几十年中,量子技术将成为科技发展的引擎.谁能在技术开发和应用中优先使用量子技术,谁就能在国家安全、数字经济、国防工业等领域赢得全球技术领导力.当前第二次"量子革命"的竞争已经进入关键阶段,美国、加拿大、日本等国家纷纷提出量子技术发展战略,投入大量资金和人力促进量子技术的发展.我国也出台了系列措施加快量子科技战略和产业布局,然而在战略布局、人才培养等方面与量子技术先进国家仍有差距.本文将通过对世界主要国家量子技术发展进行对比研究,针对我国量子技术的发展提出建议.

Abstract

Since 2020,quantum technology(QT)has been a hot topic around the world,and it will become the engine of technological development in the coming decades.Whichever country prioritizes the use of QT in technolo-gy development and application will win global technological leadership in the fields of national security,digital economy,and defense industry.Now the competition of the"Second Quantum Revolution"has entered a critical stage.The governments of the United States,Canada,Japan and other major countries have proposed QT development strategies and massive investments to promote the development of QT.China has also introduced a series of measures to enhance its QT strategy and industrial layout.However,there are still disad-vantages in strategic plan,personnel training,etc.Through a comparative study of the development of QT in major countries of the world,the paper proposes suggestions for the future development of China's QT.
