Interpretation and Application of the Overall Technical Specifications of the Prefecture-level Converged Media Center
In February 2023,the Central Propaganda Department and the State Administration of Radio and Television released a series of technical standards and specifications for prefecture-level convergence media centers.This paper interprets the general technical specifications of prefecture-level convergence media centers from the aspects of preparation background,preparation situation and overall thinking,preparation principles,significance of standards,and implementation of standards.
