音频切换器作为重要的信号源链路设备,在广播播出系统中应用广泛.本文设计了一种基于单片机技术的信号源应急音频切换器,包括单片机电路、音频选通电路、信号源检测判断电路、指示灯电路、按键电路、信号断电保障电路等.在手动模式下,用户可通过按键选择所需的信号源输出;在自动模式下,设备则根据预设的优先级自动选择信号源输出.此外,当所有信号源中断时,设备会自动进入报警状态.在设备断电的情况下,作为信号源应急装置,该切换器能够确保主信号源的持续输出,从而有效避免停播现象,为广播电视信号的安全、优质播出提供了有力保障.
Design of Emergency Audio Switcher for Medium Wave Broadcasting Based on Single-chip Microcomputer
As an important signal source link device,an audio switcher is widely used in broadcasting systems.This paper designs a signal source emergency audio switcher based on single-chip microcomputer technology,including single-chip microcomputer circuit,audio selection circuit,signal source detection and judgment circuit,indicator circuit,key circuit,power off guaranteed circuit,etc.In manual mode,users can select the desired signal source output through buttons;In automatic mode,the device automatically selects the signal source output based on the preset priority.In addition,the device will automatically alarm when all signal sources are interrupted.When the whole equipment is powered off,as a signal source emergency device,it can ensure the output of the main signal source,to avoid the suspension of broadcasting,and better ensure the safe and high-quality broadcasting of radio and television signals.
