本文以全面推进广播电视和网络视听监测系统建设、以技术创新推动监测监管事业的不断发展为目标,阐述了技术支撑监测监管工作的实际和作用,提出了科学谋划建立完善的广播电视和网络视听技术监测监管体系的重要性,给出了以技术创新,推动监测监管事业新作为,为推动广播电视和网络视听高质量发展贡献监测监管力量的思考和建议.
Abstract
Aiming to comprehensively promote the construction of radio and television and network audio-visual monitoring system,with technological innovation to promote the development of the monitoring and supervision enterprises,this article expounds the practice and function of technical support monitoring and supervision work,and puts forward the importance of scientific planning to establish perfect radio and television and network audio-visual technical monitoring and supervision system.It also provides thoughts and suggestions on using technological innovation to promote new achievements in monitoring and supervision,and contributes monitoring and supervision forces to the high-quality development of broadcasting,television,and network audiovisual.
