摘要

我台发生的中波自立塔绝缘瓷座被击穿的罕见故障是全国首例,故障应急处理和顶升塔体时依照行业标准要求,先制定方案,再严格按照流程和步骤施工,降低了施工风险.本故障与防雷设计、塔脚基础不均匀沉降、绝缘瓷座周围密封性差受潮等密切相关,警示我们依然要重视自立塔的巡检与维护工作.

Abstract

The rare breakdown of the insulating porcelain base of the medium-wave self-supporting tower that occurred in our station is the first case in the country.when dealing with the fault emergency and lifting the tower body in accordance with the requirements of industry standards,we should first formulate a plan,and then strictly follow the process and steps of construction to reduce the construction risk.The fault is closely related to lightning protection design,uneven settlement of the tower base and poor sealing around the insulating porcelain base,warning us that we should still pay attention to the inspection and maintenance of the self-supporting tower.
