摘要
应急广播建设作为近年来广电系统的重要任务,一直备受关注.本文以青岛市应急广播体系的建设实践为例,从广播电视场景、公共场馆场景以及智慧城市场景三个维度,详细阐述了青岛在城市应急广播场景应用中的具体举措和成效.同时,本文还就如何进一步提升应急广播在城市应急中的功能与作用进行了深入探讨,为今后应急广播建设工作提供了有益的参考和借鉴.
Abstract
The construction of emergency broadcasting is a key task of the radio and television system in recent years.Taking the construction of the emergency broadcasting system in Qingdao as an example,this article elaborates on Qingdao's specific measures and achievements in the application of urban emergency broadcasting scenarios from three dimensions:radio and television scenarios,public venue scenarios,and smart city scenarios.At the same time,it also conducts an in-depth discussion on how to further enhance the functions and roles of emergency broadcasting in urban emergencies,providing useful references for future emergency broadcasting construction.
