本文通过对北京市和上海市应急广播系统建设案例的深入剖析,详尽梳理了城市应急广播系统在建设过程中的实际需求与核心思路,构建了一套完备的城市应急广播系统建设模式,并深入探讨了其长效运行的机制,为城市应急广播系统的全面、高效、安全及可持续发展提供坚实的科学依据与有效指导,推动城市应急管理水平的提升.
Abstract
Through the in-depth analysis of the cases of emergency broadcasting system construction in Beijing and Shanghai,this paper thoroughly sorts out the actual needs and core ideas of the urban emergency broadcasting system in the construction process.At the same time,it constructs a complete construction mode of the urban emergency broadcast system and explores its long-term operation mechanism.It also provides a solid scientific basis and effective guidance for the comprehensive,efficient,safe,and sustainable development of the urban emergency broadcast system,promoting the improvement of the level of urban emergency management.
