Research and Application of All Optical Network Technology for 5G Service in China Broadnet
China BroadNet,the fourth full-service operator in China,has been building 5G networks in addition to traditional cable TV and fixed broadband services in the past years.The multi-service has brought challenges to the backbone carrier network in terms of bandwidth,latency,reliability,and security.This article analyzes the application of technologies such as OXC,400G,ASON 2.0,and OSU in multi-service carriers.It also proposes an innovative mode for centralized operation of AON and the concept of multi-use of a single network.
