摘要
中国广电作为全国有线电视网络整合发展的主体,于2019年获得5G商用牌照后正式成为移动通信运营商.为积极推进有线电视和广电5G一体化发展,中国广电以广播电视和通信融合的原创性思想为指引,通过700MHz频段特性以及5G NR广播等新技术的创新性应用,在ITU、3GPP、CCSA等国内外标准化组织开展相关技术标准的研制工作.本文全面回顾了中国广电在700MHz频段、5G NR广播、5G关键任务服务、轻量化终端(RedCap)等5G新技术的标准研制工作以及发展历程,总结了在此过程中中国广电标准化工作取得的一系列突破性进展和标志性成果,分析了标准化工作对加速推动相关技术产业链成熟的作用.
Abstract
China Broadcasting Network Group Corporation Ltd.(CBN),as the main body of integrated development of the national cable television networks,officially became a mobile communication operator after obtaining a 5G commercial license in 2019.In order to actively promote the integrated development of cable television and 5G network,CBN is guided by the original idea of radio and television and communication integration.Through the innovative application of new technologies such as 700MHz features and 5G NR MBS,CBN has carried out the research and development of relevant technical standards in domestic and foreign standardization organizations such as ITU,3GPP,and CCSA.This article comprehensively reviews the standard research and development process of 5G new technologies in the 700MHz frequency band,5G NR MBS,5G mission critical services,and lightweight terminals(RedCap).It summarizes a series of breakthrough progress and landmark achievements in CBN standardization work during this process,and analyzes the role of standardization work in accelerating the maturity of related technology industry chains.
