Construction and Application of Customer Service System Based on the Broadcasting 5G Network
This paper introduces the importance of the 5G customer service system in the business service of the Liaoning Broadcast Network,outlines the background of system construction,and elaborates on the construction and application of the system from the aspects of system construction target,system innovation point,system application and so on.The system based on the 5G network can access the national unified 10099 customer service number,adopt the national-provincial structure,deploy the I-SBC network element in the provincial center,access the broadcasting IMS network,meet the call forwarding between the platforms,and realize the return of roaming customer.In the meantime,the system can connect third-party service platforms,realize online inquiry and business management,decrease operating costs,and improve user satisfaction.
