面向家庭的广电融合业务方案研究与实践

有线数字电视产品订购历来以机顶盒终端为基础进行,客户家庭内每个机顶盒终端产品订购都各自独立,无法共享.本文从满足江苏有线实际业务需求出发,对广电融合业务进行了初步探索与实践,实现了产品一次订购、服务终端共享的客户新体验,对融合业务的方案优化也进行了较为深入的研究,以期为广电行业发展面向家庭的融合业务提供一点有益的思考.
Research and Practice of Family-oriented Broadcasting and Television Integration Business Solution
Product ordering in the cable digital TV industry has always been based on set-top box terminals.Each set-top box terminal product ordering in the customer's family is independent and cannot be shared.Starting from meeting the actual business needs of JSCN,this article explores and practices the integration of broadcasting and television services,achieving a new customer experience of one-time product ordering and service terminal sharing.It also conducts in-depth research on the optimization of the integration service plan,to provide some useful ideas for the development of family-oriented integration services in the broadcasting industry.
