本文针对DAMI0kW中波广播发射机控制板的二类故障进行了分析,重点关注射频过推动、欠推动和电源电流过载问题,并提出解决方案.系统能在故障发生时自动重启,并在2.4秒内无再次故障则恢复正常.LCD实时显示系统状态,确保设备稳定运行.本研究为DAM10kW中波广播发射机的故障排除提供了有效的解决方案,提升了设备的稳定性和可靠性.
Abstract
This article analyzes Class Ⅱ faults of the DAM10kW medium wave broadcast transmitter control board,focusing on the issues of RF over push,under push,and power current overload,and proposes solutions.The system can automatically restart when a fault occurs and return to normal if there is no further fault within 2.4 seconds.LCD displays the system status in real time to ensure stable operation of the equipment.This study provides an effective solution for troubleshooting the DAM10kW medium wave broadcast transmitter,improving the stability and reliability of the equipment.
