Demolition blasting of reinforced concrete chimneys in thedangerous chemical production area
In order to complete the blasting demolition of two reinforced concrete chimneys in the dangerous chemical production area within a reasonable budget and scheduled period, the collapse direction of the two chimneys is reasonably planned, and the blasting delay time is reasonably designed. At the same time, the low orthogonal trapezoidal incision section is adopted for the No.2 chimney with flue outlet at the elevation of 5.0 m.For the hydrogen sulfide pipeline that needs to be protected, the traditional double row scaffolding protection is abandoned and the near body protection of the wrapped pipeline is selected. For the retaining wall that needs to be protected, the measure of dismantling before construction is adopted. In order to reduce the blasting fly,the blasting vibration, the reasonable blasting parameters, the blasting body protection and the vibration reduction protection measures are selected. The results show that the overall blasting design scheme is reasonable, and on the premise of ensuring safety, the expected blasting effect is achieved as fast as possible and as efficient as possible. The design of blasting parameters and safety protection measures of this project have made some innovations in the traditional blasting construction thinking, which can provide some experience for similar blasting construction.
