两座210m高烟囱定向爆破拆除空中对碰技术研究

位于镇江市谏壁发电厂内的两座高 210 m 的烟囱需进行拆除,受周边环境和正常运行的两台 100 万机组的影响,振速不能过大.经分析论证,选择两座烟囱相对定向倒塌、空中相碰的方案是影响最小的最优方案,通过选择切口位置、精确定位倒塌方向、开设定向窗、多层次全方位防护等措施,结合对碰模拟分析结果以及现场测试数据等技术手段,最终两座烟囱在空中实现对碰,且周边保护目标安全无恙,此爆破方法为国内首例,对类似工程有一定的借鉴作用.
Research on aerial collision technology for directional blasting removal of two 210 m high chimneys
Two 210-meter high chimneys,sitting in Guodian Jianbi power plant,required demolition blasting with controlled vibration due to surrounding environment and on-going operations of two 1-million kw generator sets.After rounds of analysis and discussion,it was agreed that having the two chimneys directionally collapsed into each other mid-air was the best solution with lowest environmental impacts.By carefully choosing the incision location,precisely designing the collapse direction,setting up directional window,taking multi-level and all-round precautions,along with collision simulation analysis results and on-site testing data,we successfully made the two chimneys collapse into each other mid-air,and targeted surrounding protections were safe and sound.This blasting method was the first of its kind in China,and has certain reference value for similar projects.
