针对滕鹏飞 12 层违建房首层为框架剪力墙、2-12 层为框架结构且周边环境复杂,倒塌范围受限的情况,决定设计一个 10m高的爆破切口,向南定向倒塌.采用对首层剪力墙进行机械预拆除,保留横梁下面的剪力墙、变墙为柱,合理确定了每个楼层爆破切口高度及墙、柱爆破参数.为避免爆破有害效应对东侧在建房屋以及北侧木房子产生安全影响,本次起爆网路采用中间先响两边后响的电子雷管 V型起爆网路;每发雷管入孔前合理设定延时时间,对爆破墙、柱采用多层防护措施;通过精心设计和施工,大楼按设计要求依次倒塌、有效控制爆破危害效应,可为同类工程提供经验.

In view of the situation that Teng Pengfei 12-story illegal building first floor is a frame shear wall,the second to the 12-story illegal building is a frame structure,and the surrounding environment is complex,and the scope of collapse is limited,it is decided to design a 10 m high blasting cut,and the directional collapse is to the south.By means of mechanical pre-demolition of the first floor shear wall,retaining the shear wall under the crossbeam and changing the wall into a column,the blasting cut height and the blasting parameters of the wall and column for each floor are reasonably determined.In order to avoid the harmful effects of blasting have a safety impact on the east side of the house under construction and the north side of the wooden house,the initiation network used a v-shaped network of electronic detonators that ring first on each side and then on the other;the delay time should be set reasonably before each detonator enters the hole and multi-layer protective measures are adopted for blasting walls and columns;through careful design and construction,building collapse in turn according to the design requirements and the blasting damage effect is effectively controlled,which can provide experience for similar projects.
