Research on calculating parameters of JWL equation of state for explosive based on hybrid algorithm
The parameters of JWL equation of state are the basis of numerical simulation of explosive expansion.The calibration method of cylinder test is complex and costly.In order to obtain the parameters of JWL equation of state of explosive accurately and quickly,a method based on grey wolf particle swarm optimization is proposed to calculate and determine the parameters of JWL equation of state of explosive.Based on this method,the parameters of JWL equation of state for TNT,PETN 1.77,HMX,PBX-9010,PBX-9501 and OCTOL explosives were calculated.The calculated parameters were used for numerical simulation of cylinder test,and compared with the simulation results of standard parameters.The simulation results show that the curves R2 are 0.995 681,0.999 012,0.999 99,0.999 533,0.999 069 and 0.998 904,respectively,which are all greater than 0.99,indicating that the calculation method is feasible.It can provide some reference for the research work of obtaining the parameters of JWL equation of state for explosives.
