Numerical simulation and experimental study on blasting of large cross-sectional lane
In order to effectively solve the technical problems in large section excavation and blasting operations, the inter-hole multi-timing blasting technology is used in large section roadways.Using LS-DYNA finite element numerical simulation software, numerical simulation calculations are conducted, where in the cut method of large cross-section tunnel boreholes and the delay time difference of blasting between boreholes are varied. On this basis, the key blasting technical parameters such as hollowing method and blasthole arrangement were determined and tested and applied. The results of the field test showed that compared with step-by-step excavation, the use of inter-hole multi-temporal full-section tunneling technology resulted in good channel formation and an 18%increase in the utilization rate of blastholes. The improved blasting scheme effectively solves the problems faced in the step-by-step excavation of large cross-sections,and is of great significance to the shaping and control of blasting channels for large cross-sectional excavations in underground mines.
