Controlled blasting technology for high and steep slope on the right bank of Yinjiang hydropower station
In order to reduce the impact of blasting vibration during slope excavation on the stability of permanent slopes and adjacent building structures, and to improve blasting efficiency, based on the complex construction environment of the high and steep slope on the right bank of the Yinjiang hydropower station, using precision control blasting technology and the precise delay time characteristics of digital electronic detonators, the borehole diameter, explosive type, charging construction, delay time of primary blasting holes and pre-split blasting holes were precisely designed,at the same time, the resulting blasting vibration velocity was monitored. The results show that the primary blasting zone drilled blast holes with a diameter of 110 mm,charged No.2 rock emulsion explosive with a diameter of 70 mm continuously, with a delay time of 17 ms between boreholes and 60 ms between row boreholes, detonating hole by hole, and pre-split blasting zone drilled blast holes with a diameter of 90 mm,charged No.2 rock emulsion explosive with a diameter of 32 mm intermittently. The effectiveness was satisfactory, and the maximum blasting vibration speed of the permanent slope near the blasting area was 7.3 cm/s.The half hole rate of the permanent slope pre-splitting blasting exceeded 90%,achieving continuous, safe and efficient blasting construction operations.
