Study on the influence of blasting parameters on overbreak and underbreak in tunnels with marl
In order to study the influence of blasting parameter on overbreak and underbreak in tunnels,the ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element calculation software was used to establish a three-dimensional model of the surrounding hole blasting of a muddy limestone tunnel.Using the area of blasting over and under excavation as an evaluation index,the influence of four key parameters,namely hole spacing,radial uncoupling coefficient,smooth blasting layer thickness,and charging structure,on the over and under excavation of the surrounding holes is obtained;An orthogonal experimental scheme was designed to obtain the optimal values of various blasting parameters,and the optimized blasting scheme was applied to the triangular pond tunnel.The optimized scheme reduced the over excavation area by 5.03 m2,which was 69%lower than the original blasting scheme.The economic cost per linear meter of the tunnel can be directly saved by 613.8 yuan.
