镁粉和铝粉对CO2相变激发药剂性能的影响

为了提高CO2相变激发药剂的放热量,在激发药剂中分别添加2%和4%质量分数的镁粉或铝粉,通过热重法(TG)、引燃试验、耐温试验和反应热试验,研究其热分解特性、安全性、耐温性和反应热的变化.结果表明:镁粉或铝粉对激发药剂的热分解特性无明显影响,加入2%和4%镁粉的激发药剂表观活化能分别增加16.68 kJ/mol和43.96 kJ/mol,反应热分别提高5.1%和10%;而同样比例的铝粉,表观活化能分别增加28.89 kJ/mol和55.21 kJ/mol,反应热分别提高6.6%和12.9%;加入少量镁粉或铝粉的激发药剂无爆炸危险,安全性良好;加入镁粉或铝粉的激发药剂在70 ℃保温48 h后,整体并未发生明显变化,温度指数Ts在90 ℃左右,表明其耐温性能良好.
Effect of magnesium and aluminum powders on the performance of CO2 phase change excitation agent
In order to improve the heat release of CO2 phase change excitation agent,2%and 4%magnesium powder or aluminum powder was added to the excitation agent.The thermal decomposition characteristics,safety,temperature resistance and reaction heat were studied by thermogravimetry(TG),ignition test,temperature resistance test and reaction heat test.The results show that the thermal decomposition characteristics of excitation agent did not change significantly,the apparent activation energy of excitation agent added with 2%and 4%magnesium powder increased by 16.68 kJ/mol and 43.96 kJ/mol,the reaction heat increased by 5.1%and 10%;the apparent activation energy of the same proportion of aluminum powder increased by 28.89 kJ/mol and 55.21 kJ/mol,the reaction heat increased by 6.6%and 12.9%;the ignition test shows that the excitation agent with a small amount of magnesium powder or aluminum powder has no explosion danger and its safety is good;the excitation agent added with magnesium powder or aluminum powder has not changed significantly at 70 ℃ for 48 hours,the temperature index Ts was about 90 ℃,indicating that its temperature resistance was good.
