含聚四氟乙烯铝热剂销毁薄壁弹药的试验研究

为了满足在特殊环境和特殊要求下对废弃弹药的销毁工作.根据理论计算和大量相关试验研究合理设计了一种烟火药的配方,最终得到了一种含化学腐蚀性的铝热剂配方.该配方以Al+Fe2O3为主反应体系,CuO为产气剂,并添加少量聚四氟乙烯为粘结剂组成一种新型铝热剂.为了便于使用和操作,将铝热剂装入一种耐高温耐腐蚀的燃烧炬中,组成一种高效的切割装置.该切割装置不仅轻型便携、易于操作,而且无需外界提供能源,通过试验证明用设计的切割装置在装药量200 g时能熔穿10 mm的模拟弹.因此该装置可以广泛地用于特殊环境和特殊要求下对废弃弹药的销毁,极大地提升了废弃弹药销毁的效率和安全性.
Experimental study on destruction of thin-walled ammunition with Poly Tetra Fluoro Ethylene(PTFE)thermite
In order to meet the destruction of abandoned ammunition under the special environment and special requirements.Based on theoretical calculations and a large number of related trial studies,a recipe for fireworks was reasonably designed,and finally a chemical and corrosive aluminum thermal formula was obtained.The formula was composed of Al+Fe2O3 as the main reaction system,CuO as the gas producing agent,and adding a small amount of polytetrafluoroethylene as the binder.In order to facilitate the use and operation,aluminum heat agents are loaded into a burning torch that resists high temperature resistance and corrosion,forming an efficient cutting device.This cutting device is not only light and portable,easy to operate,but also does not require the outside world to provide energy.It proves that the designed cutting device can melt through 10 mm analog bombs when the amount of the cutting medicine is 200 g.Therefore,the device can be widely used for the destruction of abandoned ammunition under special environment and special requirements,which greatly improves the safety and efficiency of the destruction of abandoned ammunition.
