复杂环境下高层医药大厦拆除爆破

济宁市医药大厦位于闹市区,周边分布密集建筑群,紧邻城市主干道,且道路两侧敷设有丰富的地下管线,周边环境极复杂.大厦为框架-剪力墙结构,内部设有多部电梯及步行梯,结构复杂,管线密集.通过严密勘察周边地形、有效的预处理和精准的设计,采用定向倾倒的方式对大厦进行了拆除爆破.并根据大厦自身结构特点,创新地采用了预留北侧裙楼并封闭其门窗孔洞,以其自身结构阻挡飞石,形成自体防护方式.起爆后,大厦按预定方向倾倒,周边设施无一损毁,爆破有害效应,特别是飞石得到了有效控制,取得了圆满成功.
Demolition blasting of high medical plaza in complex environment
The Jining Medical Plaza is located in the downtown area,surrounded by a complex of building,adjacent to the city's main road,and with abundant underground pipelines laid on both sides of the road.The surrounding environment is extremely complex.The building is of frame shear wall structure with multiple elevators and pedestrian ladders inside,with a complex structure and pipelines.By closely surveying the surrounding environment,effective preprocessing,and precise design,the building was demolished by directional blasting.Based on the structural characteristics of the plaza,an innovative self-protective method for fly-rock prevention was proposed and applied by reserving the north podium building and sealing its doors and windows.After the explosion,the building collapsed in the predetermined direction,and no surrounding facilities were damaged.The harmful effects of the explosion,especially the fly-rocks,were effectively controlled,and the plaza was successfully demolished.
