Study on the distribution and migration of blasting smoke concentration in underground mine in cold area
The smoke exhaust time in the mining area is too long,which seriously affects the normal production and prolongs the retention time of poisonous and harmful gases.Taking the ventilation problem of underground stope in Changbai Mountain JT Iron Mine as the background and with the help of FLUENT fluid dynamics software,this paper makes an effective exploration on the study of the motion law of blasting smoke in stope space.A simulation study of blasting ventilation in mine-100 m horizontal No.3 stope is carried out,and the migration law of smoke and ventilation flow in stope under the condition of existing ventilation scheme is analyzed.The results show that the fresh air flow flows along the mining face and does not enter the deep part of the stope.The toxic and harmful gases gather in the stope,resulting in the waste of ventilation and air flow.The CO concentration of mining face is very different from that of deep CO.By studying the flow field distribution and smoke migration law of stope,a new scheme can be provided for the improvement of ventilation measures in underground stope.At the same time,the feasibility of fluid mechanics software FLUENT solving stope ventilation problem is verified.This will provide a reliable research way for optimizing stope ventilation in the future.
