Comparison of full-face different blasting excavation method in grade Ⅲ surrounding rock section of single-track tunnel
As an advanced tunnel drilling equipment,the drilling jumbo has the advantages of fast drilling speed,safe construction and environmental friendliness,but the construction units are generally not motivated to use it.Based on the blasting construction of single-line tunnel of Taixingshan high-speed railway in Qinling Mountains,the drilling and charging efficiency,blasting overbreak and underbreak,excavation cost,equipment and parts consumption cost,depreciation cost,number of construction personnel and safety of two kinds of drilling and blasting construction methods of hammer drill and drilling jumbo are comprehensively compared and analyzed.The results show that the construction efficiency of drilling and blasting with drilling jumbo is lower than that of hammer hand drill in high-speed railway single-line tunnel,and the over-excavation amount of rock drilling jumbo is more than twice that of hand drill,and the total cost of tunnel blasting excavation is higher than that of hammer hand drill.However,the construction safety of the drilling jumbo is high,the construction of the tunnel face is environmentally friendly,and the number of construction personnel is half of the hand drill.Finally,it is pointed out that the drilling and blasting of rock drilling jumbo is the trend of tunnel blasting construction,and some suggestions on personnel training and standard formulation are given.
