为研究矿山法隧道下穿燃气管道的动力响应特征,依托青岛地铁6号线青医西院区站隧道下穿DN219燃气管道案例,采用MIDAS/GTS NX有限元分析软件,建立岩土体-隧道-燃气管道数值模型,同时结合监测数据验证数值模型的可靠性.分别建立管道受燃气压力为0、1.6、2.4和3.6 MPa的数值模型,研究爆破作用下燃气压力对管道的动力响应特征,结合管道振速安全阈值得出地表振速安全阈值为0.489 cm/s,通过萨道夫斯基拟合公式得出最大单响药量为9.65 kg,为实际工程的设计和施工提供参考.
Vibration response analysis of gas pipelines caused by tunnel blasting
To study the dynamic response characteristics of gas pipelines under mining method tunnels,based on the case of DN219 gas pipelines under the Qingyi West Hospital Station Tunnel of Qingdao Metro Line 6,a numerical model of rock soil tunnel gas pipeline was established using MIDAS/GTS NX finite element analysis software,and the reliability of the numerical model was verified with monitoring data.Establish numerical models for pipelines subjected to gas pressures of 0,1.6,2.4,and 3.6 MPa,and study the dynamic response characteristics of gas pressure on pipelines under blasting action.Combined with the safety threshold of pipeline vibration velocity,the safety threshold of surface vibration velocity is determined to be 0.489 cm/s.Through the Sadovsky fitting formula,the maximum single explosive dosage is 9.65 kg,providing reference for the design and construction of actual engineering.
